Focus T25 Review – A Short and Sweat Workout Program!


Today, I would like to share my personal experience with the Focus T25 program. Although many exercises and diet programs are reviewed on this platform on a daily basis – not many attract my attention just like this one did.

Up until now, just like you, I had always believed that in order to build a great physique and burn off excess fat, one HAS to spend the maximum amount of time at the gym and go on a starvation mode by eating the right portioned meals.

Of course, with the busy schedule I lead and family commitments, it is quite impossible to even go to the gym once or twice a week, let alone go every day.

After recalling my memory, I remembered about Insanity. I hadn’t tried it but a friend of mine lost a lot of weight with the program. Her only complaint was that the time duration of exercises in the program was a bit too long. But the program was effective and she had lost almost 50 pounds in just 4 months.

Although, I was not keen on spending hours in the gym or doing workouts at home – I still had to research the program and was surprised to find out that the Focus T25 program only required 25 minutes of the user’s time.

What is the Focus T25?

Focus T25 is defined as a high-intensity cardio workout program that gives the same weight loss results as the former Insanity program but doesn’t require long workout hours. Just 25 minutes a day and you can get:

The best thing about the program is that it doesn’t require users to enroll in any gym membership or invest in expensive gym equipment for home. The workouts are all showcased in a DVD series and users can easily do them in the privacy of their own home without any gym equipment.

My Experience:

As I mentioned before, the program is integrated into 11 DVDs. At the time of buying, a special discounted offer was available which allowed me to make the purchase for only $60 bucks while the regular price was $120. Honest confession!

Of course, not everything is bed and roses and truthfully, this program is not as well. Once you dedicate yourself to the program, be ready to sweat it out and experience a serious leg burn. The first week is especially hard when your body is getting used to all the intensity but once you make a commitment to follow it through to the end – no one can stop you and you, just like me will be amazed at the results.

Who is the program for?

The program is for YOU, the program is for ME – it’s for everyone out there from busy moms to working professionals who wish to get back in shape without leaving their home.

What about meals? Is it ok to eat everything?

Of course not! The Focus T25 program includes a special nutrition meal plan that you have to follow along with the workout sessions.

I know it is a hassle for many of us to prepare special meals for one individual but you know what I do – I prepare most of the week’s meal on Sundays and freeze them in small containers. This way I take out the ones I need for the particular day and am hassle free (about my meals at least) for the rest of the day.

The Results!

I have been following the program for almost 6 weeks now and am now in the Beta phase. The results – I feel so energetic even after the hectic workouts. For the weight – I am 20 lbs. lighter than I first started and I feel that after some more weeks, I will be back to the weight I had when I was in my 20s.
